Just recently I caught myself on khanacademy.org watching a view videos on real estate when I told myself I was going to learn more about options trading.

Write procedures/record training videos for every single step.

We Also use video on many occasion.

I am going to start video recording all the steps I take in wholesaling so I can go back over and see the step by step process to get better.
