Hi Michael. If you provide a little detail on the situation, that would help people understand if we might have something that would be applicable in this case....I've seen exec summaries on everything from $35mm construction loan requests to $125k NPN investment opportunities.

Sounds like you have a specific ask from a banker on a live deal, so it's obviously not superfluous...
