I'm not as familiar with the city as many are on here, I've always used other people's knowledge, but you can get a lot of help on these forums as far as best neighborhoods, etc.

I find him knowledgeable and he definitely makes accounting and legal issues sound entertaining.You will know what I mean if you have get a chance to see him present and speak.

That being said my experience tells me owners, who have little knowledge of their market base their asking price on what their needs are as opposed to what the market would pay.
