Removed green stove, yellow counter tops, green sink and opened the kitchen up by removing the row of cabinets that blocked the view of kitchen.

As a guide, you might want to stay away from anything in dark green locations:http://www.trulia.com/local/irvington-indianapolis...There are some good blocks in the dark green areas, but you'll be safer in lighter green and doing very well in yellow.

So to defend what you perceive as some righteous industry is totally off base.. because its not an industry its a bunch of unlicensed very green and inexperienced people out there.Granted it gives the good ones a bad name.. but I can tell you most if not all the top wholesalers HAVE brokers licenses or they close on their deals.. its not just throw it up on the wall and see if some idiot bites on it.So that's a counter point to your post.
