Hello,

I'm a Newbie from the Raleigh, North Carolina Area. I would like to leverage the Bigger Pockets platform to put togather Dynamic teams thats comprised of Private Lenders and accelerated Lenders, Rehab/Construction Teams, Real Estate Agents, and Property Managers. I have an IT backgroud and have done buy and hold deals, rehab lending, and a few flips. Still I know that is only the tip of the iceburg. I hope to also connect with amazing mentors willing to share their insights ultimately I would love to aquire Apartments to porduce the well needed cash flow to build a retirement community and homes for the less fortunate.
