Investing in Brooklyn

Hi,

I have two investment properties in Jersey City and I currently rent in the West Village in NYC.

I'm thinking about living in my next multi family and investing in Brooklyn. I know BK will be a lot more money but I was hoping to get some advice on how to find some deals in BK and what neighborhoods would be good to look at? Since I will be living there I would want it in an area close to NYC but does anyone know of any areas that are still up and coming and not too far away? And at what price point will I be faced with in BK? Any general advice and information about multi family investing in BK would be very helpful.

Thanks!

The closest areas to the City are already over saturated and well into and above the $1 Million dollar point. The only areas that are still on the rise are Brownsville and East New York. Good Luck
