Hello BP,Can anyone recommend an experienced real estate agent in Hagerstown, Md. that specializes in investment properties?

A few books I was considering sadly don't have a vey good rating on fakespot (though not sure how accurate their review system is).

With a short sale, the basic explanation of the process is that the homeowner contacts their lender and the lender reviews the homeowner’s specific situation (financials, hardship and reason they are seeking to sell the property, etc.).

We have staff; we can draft leases and do evictions when necessary; and my husband, brother-in-law/office manager, their retired father and a staff member are experienced In building/repairing.

A few hundred extra dollars with the reduced interest will really add up quickly.That said for experienced investors who know how to make better returns on their money I recommend against it.
