Listing How-To Books

I've been a Louisiana broker specializing in buyer representation for a number of years.  I've recently become interested in the Listing side and am looking for recommendations on good practical books/videos/etc to gain of bit insight.  I'm an "independent" broker and, as mine is a one-woman office, no one here to mentor me.

A few books I was considering sadly don't have a vey good rating on fakespot (though not sure how accurate their review system is).  What's your thoughts on:

These have good ratings on fakespot, but with so many overall to choose from, I want to focus my reading time & $$ on books that will actually help a newbie listing agent...

And these don't have enough reviews for me to decide...

Any thoughts on above or suggestions for others are greatly appreciated!
