I can only assume there's a learning curve that comes with it, and since an average builder wouldn't be quite familiar with IFCs, I can also assume that municipalities that govern them wouldn't be familiar with that either causing a slow influence.

As a REAL-LIFE Pro who does term sales all the flippin time AND sources off-market deals constantly, HERE IS THE REALITY OF THEM;    There is significant learning curve in discussing this with virtually any/all sellers.

Additionally, I prioritize Integrity, Community, and Lifelong Learning.
