I am a pro member of Bigger Pockets and use the calculator for analysis of sfh individually but have not done it for a package of them.

I use Macs exclusively, and nearly all of the big name tax softwares that I'm finding (TurboTax, H&R Block, etc) only have a windows version for business.Not looking to run a virtual PC on my mac or anything, just something that people recommend that would run natively on my Mac.  

Hi @Kevin MadarasTo accomplish what you are looking for, you would want to transfer your properties into individual Land Trusts which will then be housed under the LLC.

The building is in Ocean View. 2 blocks from the Beach, near the 7/11 at Cape View and East Ocean View. 

Nothing in this price range offered any details like up-to-date color pallets, shiplap siding, butcher block-like counters, black and white cabinets or cute coat cubbies.

Most are just on cinder blocks or footings instead of full foundations which is very rare for the Northeast.

And for application fee it all depends on the individual investor what bank they are working with, some investors don't even charge application fees.
