Financing Question from a Newbie
Question 1: I wanted to know how likely is it that a new/first time investor could receive funding on a fix and flip with no money down and a credit score of lower than 600? Would the strength/potential of the deal help in such cases?
Also, how often is an application fee required when applying for financing with private lenders?
