Changing my personal house into rental.

Let me start off with I am a self employed electrical Residential contractor. Been in business for about 10 years. We Have a LLC. I purchased some lake front property about a year and a half ago. Originally it was just ment for a second house to have fun at. My lender did the Loan as a investment property cause of my self employment. I have finally wised up and want to stop working and start in real estate. I have started getting renters from Vrbo and ab&b on lake house. My questions are should I change the title on the lake property to my LLC. I also want to lease my current personal house. So I can move and buy another property. Is there a way to lease it to like myself or something where it's not showing up under my personal dept but a business dept.
