Hey guys,In one of the BP webinars I remember Brandon saying that if he were to start fresh in Real Estate one of the ten things he would do is find a full-time job in Real Estate (e.g. property management company, assistant to investor, etc.) in order to learn the business while also getting an education and moving towards making a first deal.

This will extend the life of the floor and will give an apartment a fresh look that will attract tenants.

I've seen a lot of investor activity in NE and NW DC for multifamily or small mixed use (store on bottom, 2+ apartments above), most of these are rehabs, sometimes they'll sell the upper units and lease the commercial space.2.

The second major problem is that it seems like the Gold IRA industry is very fishy, lawsuits are common and fake reviews are everywhere.So I have this idea which I'm not sure of its feasibility: Establish an IRA LLC, buy physical coins using the LLC's checking account and store it in my local bank safe deposit box.

Our commercial rep there handles the order (we don't go to the store) and they will deliver the very best day. 

That is why it is good to pull your leads every six months to keep them fresh.

Seems like every second guy you meet at grocery store is a wholeseller lol.

If you have a home dept you could likely get an estimate on appliances, and carpet all right in the store.

I also found the "user uploaded" renter's insurance procedure to be very clunky and abandoned it as a method of storing the policy docs.  

I am storing equipment in a 40 X 110 foot building on my mixed use commercial property.
