Best place for appliances in Cleveland

Can anyone recommend an appliance outlet or wholesaler in northeast Ohio? 

It is for a rental so I'm searching for something new that is discounted or used in good shape. 

Typically, I've bought at Sears outlet but am wondering if there's a better spot.
