I think you’re smart getting into the market and as an owner occupant, why not get as many units as possible to defray your cost of living! 

., though (lifestyle impingements).And I do realize this is mentally and financially hard on so many--hang in there--and ride the waves as they come in, and do the best you can (that's all anyone can do).And riding this thing out in beautiful Oceanside is a lot better than riding it out Wuhan China where they are welding people into their homes (the glass is either half-full or half-empty).Good Luck!
