It is not about contingencies it is a question of what if those contingencies are not successful.

I don't think you'll have a ton of success selling "appointments" to investors.You'd be better off getting the actual deals under contract and selling them.

I’m not having much success with 170+ day listings, these owners are determined to wait u til the market goes back up to sell rather than sell for cash today.
