Wholesaling in Dekalb, Fulton, Cobb
Hello:
I’m a new investor here in Atlanta and I’m trying to use wholesaling as a way to build funds to dive into buy and holds and flips. For the first three months I was focused on the Decatur market. However, with competition so strong, I’ve branches out to all of Fulton, Cobb, and Dekalb counties.
My main source to generate leads for the past 3 months has been probate. I try to go down to each probate office on a weekly basis and pull the most recent petitions. I’ve had a few decent leads, made two offers, but no deals yet. Does anyone have any tips for searching for probate or any other form of leads around Atlanta?
