Thanks @Mike Hartzog & @Kathleen Leary,I put in an inquiry to utilities last night about getting it temporarily turned on for a potential sale.

Figure flight + rental car + 1 night at a hotel = $1000.

I bring this up because many here suspect that a legalization bill will pass in 2016 which will cause the economy in this region to take a huge dive (scarcity keeps prices high).

You could spend all night and day learning on this site.

I would also like to make it my "Primary"- "Registered" place of business to switch my bus lic and Bus tax registration address to it to avoid getting unwanted late night un-solicited salespersons/mail sent to or visiting my home.

As a newbie myself I'd recommend diving into the podcasts and reading the how-to guides.  

Frankly I'm a bit jealous.The best way to learn a language is to just dive right and get wet; I'm willing to bet learning facets of real estate is no different.
