What would the benefit be to file separate or together?

I do believe I can put myself into a position to buy in three years but he’s pretty much asking retail for the properties... there is more developments coming my way and the main road I’m on is being expanded to have a turn lane.

(Goal is financial independence mainly via buy and hold rentals)Basically we purchased a "fixer upper" in early 2016 for $230K.

Just went to a meet-up with a Landlord BC rep and a BC Lawyer presenting and this was the main topic.  

Purchase price: $770,000 Cash invested: $154,000 12 acres in Santa Rosa, we fixed up the main house and 2 bedroom rental.

I currently live in Raleigh, North Carolina and am interested in connecting with folks who have invested outside of the the main Triangle Area (Raleigh, Cary, Apex, etc.) - specifically if you have invested in Knightdale, Wendell, Rocky Mount, Zebulon, etc. 

when holding multiple LLC entities as members under my main holding Wyoming LLC,  Do I name each property's LLC different than my main holding Wyoming LLC? 

I am slowly working my way thru the process :)I think remembering to set my goals, then check this againt those, and also be sure to see if there are better returns i could get elsewhere are my main criteria right now.
