Investors Outside of Raleigh, NC - Knightdale, Rocky Mount, etc.

Hi All,

Hope everyone is well!

I currently live in Raleigh, North Carolina and am interested in connecting with folks who have invested outside of the the main Triangle Area (Raleigh, Cary, Apex, etc.) - specifically if you have invested in Knightdale, Wendell, Rocky Mount, Zebulon, etc.

I'd love to meet-up for coffee and get a better feel for these areas. Also, if anyone owns multi-family or apartment buildings in these areas I'd be curious about vacancies, etc. and your experiences

Finally, I'm looking to connect with property management in these areas.

You should go to the deal maker sessions. They're in raleigh but you'll meet investors and people selling deals in the surrounding areas. It's a great opportunity to network. I've presented a deal there before and met  a lot of people I wouldn't have met otherwise that were interested in my market.
