So my story is that BP inspired me to get my RE license.

We have a mortgage on our home, a car note, two children, pay the bills on time, sack some away, contribute to retirement, dabble in stocks/equities, etc. etc.  

Currently, my wife, our 3 children and I live with her parents.

Upon further investigation, I found the children would need the money in a year.

My husband makes almost $20,000 a month and we have no problem meeting our bills and because of who or what we once were may prevent me from providing a nice home from my children and essentially screw yourself on guaranteed money on time for the lease term.

I just felt inspired and more of the need to auto-suggest a positive mindset to myself regardless of the situation. 

Hello Jill DeWit i was looking at your page im very inspired ,expecially as a women , i just wanted to ask u how did u start wholesaling and how has your journey been?

I was really inspired by the Bigger Pockets Episode 176: how to close 100 deals in your first 18 months. i really want to get into wholesaling by direct male, i started reading a few of the BP articles on it.

I actually had a 23 yr old girl, heroin addict, and her 4 children squat in my home and had to sit back and wait close to 8 months.
