Flaming is directly insulting another member, flame-baiting is making a comment with the intention of getting a flame as a response, and trolling involves starting arguments or upsetting people by posting inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages with the intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.Do you have anything constructive to contribute to the topic of this thread, which is about yellow letter content so that we can get back on topic without yet another thread hijacked?

I Picked this photographer on purpose and wanted the pictures stand out on MLS, however although they are taken with wide angle, my intention was not to exaggerate the size of the rooms rather to cover more of the features of each room in one picture.

As part of the application, there needs to be an entire "narrative" about my intentions with the property, addressing dozens of regulations and other points of interest, site drawings, signs on the property, and even attending a public hearing about my proposal.

Of course, even if I had a tenant occupying the property, I would still be the one ultimately responsible for the monthly payments to the seller and if I had any vacancy, I still have every intention on satisying that monthly payment to the seller so I still consider myself to be trustworthy in this type of situation.
