Wholesaling: Yellow Letter Script

I'm about to start my first Direct Mailing Campaign. I wanted to reach out to a few of you and see what content you have used, in your letters, in the past that has been the most successful - when reaching out homeowners for potential deals?

That was a loaded question. I've read the majority of the articles about wholesaling and what the letters should contain, but I was just looking for a more specific approach. I appreciate any advice on the matter.

Hi @John Thedford,

At the risk of opening yet another can of worms, can I ask you what part of your reply above had anything to do with the OP's question?

You're a big one for following the rules right? Here are two BP Forum Rules I've seen broken multiple times in threads where I see your name: (emphasis mine)

Do you have anything constructive to contribute to the topic of this thread, which is about yellow letter content so that we can get back on topic without yet another thread hijacked?

It's very difficult to take anyone who cites ethics and rules seriously when they themselves consistently break rules or seem to believe they are above them. Just sayin'
