Hi! My girlfriend and I are new to Bend, Oregon and we are looking to rent a property. We're clean tenants with no pets and have great rental history. I love the bigger pockets community and I'd love to hear your story!

Hey @Zach Kneeland, welcome to BP. Good luck renting in Bend. Things are crazy tight there, but it is possible to find something. Just make sure you are constantly looking and be quick to respond when something comes up. Also, be prepared for a steep rental cost!

One of the properties I used to manage in Bend will be coming up for rent here in a month or so. If you guys are still looking then, reach out to me. It's a 3bd2ba house. Probably rent for 1500 a month or so.

Take care,

Chris Parrish
