Don't tell me COVID-19 doesn't effect the real estate market when people can't even look at homes without breaking the law technically.

I'm curious to hear the opinions of other investors regarding this pandemic's effect on the foreclosure.

You can't be an effective wholesaler, long-term, without your own reserves to close deals.
