Savannah, Providence all along 380 I have noticed seems to alway have an inventory of rentals but are in a different school district as you might expect.I bet on Gunter, but I'm watching it carefully.

Not sure they are still doing it as the market has changed a bit.It's my experience that pet rent also discourages multiple pets and essentially rules out those folks with a pack.

Because it's a bit of a liberal enclave, has an excellent school district, and there's no room to grow, I expect rental values to continue growing.

Open to seller financing as well- the better the area/school district, the more attractive the deal.

Understand about where is the areas with good schools district and reasonable crime ratio.
