I don’t use MySmartMove but most of these screening companies have an option to generate an Adverse Action letter to send out when you’re going to deny an applicant based on information obtained in whole or in part from a consumer reporting agency.

Keep it and then 1031 and defer those taxes forever. 

To account for the interest rate being high and home prices being sky high, instead of buying the “forever home” I went about 200k under my pre-approval limit and bought a 3 bedroom starter home and it’s one of the cheapest houses in the neighborhood and it’s newly remodeled so in 3-5 years I can rent it out or sell it.

@Diego Hernandez Personally we do, however most wholesalers who are successful at it find flip and fix stressful and time consuming.

He stated that other companies dont inform their consumers with the hope of charging them extra for remedy their findings.

You never want the cheapest insurance-some companies will take forever to settle claims-do some research on whatever company you think you might go with.
