I don’t use MySmartMove but most of these screening companies have an option to generate an Adverse Action letter to send out when you’re going to deny an applicant based on information obtained in whole or in part from a consumer reporting agency.

To account for the interest rate being high and home prices being sky high, instead of buying the “forever home” I went about 200k under my pre-approval limit and bought a 3 bedroom starter home and it’s one of the cheapest houses in the neighborhood and it’s newly remodeled so in 3-5 years I can rent it out or sell it.
