Has anyone used the Navy Federal Military Choice Loan? It claims to be geared towards service member that have exhausted their VA loan benefit. Has zero down, zero PMI, and offers fixed rates. The interest rates seem to be higher, but as someone that has used their VA Loan benefit, I am considering Trying this loan. Any info or experience would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have......It seems like still a really good deal because there is no PMI and it's still zero down. Although you can't use it for a duplex or triplex you can always use it for a Single Family Home and if that home happens to have an in-law unit and you decide AFTER you close on the property that you are going to rent out that in-law unit (for some cashflow) AFTER you close on the property then so be it :-)
