I live in a very hot rental market and demand is much higher than supply.My housing authority publishes a chart of what they will pay for the amount of bedroom house that you have.

Not sure the zoning/land size but would you be able to build condos or townhomes on the land? 

If an apartment has 2-3 bedrooms..Can you rent out room via Air BNB?

@Ben Israel - I rent out 8 furnished units in and near San Francisco including four 3-bedroom places/homes.

some of the casinos have condos and you can airbnb those rooms vs a hotel room.

There are alot if of mobile home parks and manufactured homes that are being bought torn down and all kinds of different types of homes, condos, and townhomes being built. 

In c minus you make it habital not fancy .what are other houses with same bedrooms getting for rent .

That being said, we have already made arrangements to fill all of the bedrooms upon signing.We want to buy a house with at least 4 bedrooms, preferably 5 or more, and rent each room.

I do travel frequently to that area and would have one bedroom setup for me so I could see her and check up on properties current and future so it would be a second home for me.
