Will I have to join a brokerage?

I just joined BP and am also near Los Angeles.  

bought a house in a cuddlesack in 09 the entire neighborhood is emcopassedin a brick wall, front and sides, my wall is both front and sides ,told by the seller wall covered-my badNothing about fence/wall in HOA book bylaws or covenantsI noticed structral damage on wing wall contacted HOA June 2012, they said nothing in book, I joined the board, and they took resposibilty/used HOA money to find out, got survey, lawyer, determined my wing wall was deemed on 50/50 land and that the HOA never deeded that land over via quick title.

Typically your brokerage will inform you how to apply and join the associations so that's your first step is go find the right brokerage for you.Congrats again and good luck with your new adventure!

I joined BP a few days ago & have been reading & learning so much from all of you. :)  I'm just getting started in real estate investing.
