Hey everyone!

I'm new to BP and just stumbled upon this site online the other day while I was doing some research.  I started reading some of the forums and was blown away but the amount of information on here so I decided to sign up.   

I live in the Hunstville, AL area with my wife and 2 kiddos.  (we're expecting our 3rd next February!)  

I've been working as a property insurance adjuster for 6 years now which has given me lots of experience analyzing damaged houses and figuring out how to fix them.  I've always loved real estate and my original goal, when I got out of school, was to become a broker but the insurance field opened up better at the time.  

Now I'm ready to return to my first love and begin in the real estate investing world.  I'm hoping that my experience dealing with contractors and creating estimates for repair will come in handy when flipping and wholesaling houses.  

My goals include creating passive income through seller financing homes,flipping, and wholesaling properties.  My tangible goals would include owning 10 owner financed homes and wholesaling 1 property per month. 

Can't wait to jump into this world and I think that Bigger Pockets will be a great help along the way. Hope to get to connect with many of you and get to know you better in the future.
