As an investor when buying a property I have to sift through the hundreds of pages and put it into a 2-3 page format that is easy to read and get what you want out of it.

@Stevo Sun @Chris Baxter This is my hesitation with Reddit, it's hard to sift through the reliable information from those that just want to have an opinion regurgitating something they heard from someone else. 

With text messaging and rvm its more affordable but you need to have the manpower to sift through the no interested leads.

If I'm working with an agent, I want that person to be on the front lines sifting through deals and opportunities before sending them my way.On the sell side, I prefer agents who have no qualms about running an auction-like process if interest is high and the market is hot.
