Lower Mortgage Rate for house hacking?
I recently bought my first home that has an ADU we plan to rent out. I have heard that if you live in one unit and rent out another, you may be eligible for a lower interest rate. Is this in fact true? Are there any stipulations? Thank you in advance!

@Jacqui Myers- if you are able to live in a property as your primary residence - the mortgage rates avaiable will be lower / better than if you need to classify it as a rental property
