It will help you get used to calling people, talking to them, working to make a sale, and most importantly getting rejected over and over again to the point that it no longer bothers you.

If a applicant starts a sob story reject them immediately, they will not qualify.Set strict screening standards and as long as you never deviate from them you will not fall into their pathetic life traps.
