Creative Deal Structuring
Are there any ways to structure deals with sellers who reject low cash offers and have no interest in long term seller financing? Is there a way to structure deals with short-term seller financing or joint ventures that can be more attractive to sellers and just as profitable for investors? I've come across several property leads where the property is distressed but the seller is asking more than the property is worth. I remember listening to a podcast a couple years ago where the guest was talking about how he does joint ventures with sellers, but I cannot remember the guest's name or which episode it was. I'm Just trying to find additional creative options to present to sellers. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
