The property itself and the photography capturing it are top-notch so I heavily doubt appearance is your problem.

The thing you should read up on is Fair Housing Laws and just make sure you don't illegally discriminate.Even you just do it for a bit, and get some experience with management, it will help you to better manage the managers, unless you are lucky enough to get a top notch manager that is reasonably priced and not overcharging you for maintenance.Best of luck!

The barrier to entry is so low and there are so many, that it is just law of averages that you get poor quality bushels of them with the few good apples in the mix.I find many of them to be rude and inconsiderate as well, some of them think they know it all too, but then I have plenty who are top notch, do their job with a smile and are very helpful, those are the ones you want to use.

Bad tenants will actually pay more for a property than well qualified tenants because top notch tenants have more choices.We try to keep our properties nice and market them well.
