In this business I understand there is room for that and speculation, but it does not take a lot of effort to see by the large quantity of data collectors on the net a larger portion is data and analysis based, and the ones that master that separate themselves from the average.

It is all about compromising your schedule and not your priorities such as family.I think it comes down to quality vs. quantity.

More than likely you'll have to get the quantity to get to the quality. 

.$7600 annual cash flow.... which is 31% CoC....but just under $80/door.Seems like OK cash but as @Ken A. mentioned - large headache quantity.
