" Is that going to help make some RE appreciate more...um yeah.

My area (Oak Ridge) has a national lab that draws highly educated post docs and other very smart people from all over the world.

This is important because you cannot hide from a buyer that it was previously a meth lab or meth had been used in the house.

It was a job that I hated, as a lab tech at an asphalt plant, and it was getting me nowhere.

Can't find unauthorized tenants, pets, drug labs, etc. when I have to give 48 hours notice. 

When AI can see an apple fall from a tree and discover gravity, or find some green stuff growing in a lab and discover penicillin, then I will be worried.

An inspection including the sampling and analysis in a lab was $300.00My remediation cost $750.00 but only because I opted to pay a little extra for them to spray an anti-microbial into the system.I have heard a lot of war stories about these issues. 

Our Lab gets daycare when I'm on the road, gets to swim in the pool whenever he wants and basically is the most spoiled dog on the planet. 

ONLY AFTER MOVING IN TO FIND OUT THEY HAVE A DOG, A BLACK LAB!
