I QUIT MY JOB TO FOCUS ON RE!

Ah! Wow! I really did it. Friends, I quit my job yesterday. It was a job that I hated, as a lab tech at an asphalt plant, and it was getting me nowhere. Adding in that I worked in a horrible environment with a bunch of a-holes as co-workers, and it made my decision easier, no doubt. I spent the last 3 years working full time (40-70hrs/week) and building my RE portfolio on the side, it was a grind.

I am so glad to be done with that job and focusing on what REALLY fuels me, real estate. But tell me, were you scared/nervous when you first quit and started doing RE full time? I'm thinking that's probably normal, but man do I feel more free already.
