I simply can not see cashbuyers being desperate enough to CHOOSE to deal with foundation issues.

I have not, seems like an interesting idea (for desperate people) you are still looking at 12% interest and god knows what kind of closing fees and sneaky number plays they do through the process

@Phat ViLook in public data websites norrowing your criteria with your units and some bad debt history or behind payments...find address and offer help to owners whose maybe in a desperate...
