I meet with a guy on Saturday who’s ready to sell his home. It needs foundation work and also there are raccoons and squirrels living inside. How do I approach this situation? I’m looking to wholesale, so I’ll need to take pictures, but I don’t know what to do as far as the wildlife. Help! Lol
