I am in the transition phase of moving from full time employment at a corporate job to working my property management company full time alongside my other real estate investments - I currently have two flips under contract.

In an ideal situation I would try to find a mentor and work alongside then but I know I don't currently offer any value to anyone else so I'm trying it on my own.

Yes, I'm aware that 50k is not a huge investment by any means, but a ballpark figure to start with investing abroad.This initial investment will help me and my business partner establish a hands on 'feel' of offshore investment structure, taxation, financing and so on, alongside partnering with someone local.
