401K and a loan

I have a self directed 401K with $250K in it.  I want to buy some property with it and found a great property for $350K.   Is there a way I can make up the difference?

Can i take out a personal loan to cover the other $100K (i.e. a mortgage loan collateralized with the property, not a personal loadn?

Get a loan through my real-estate investment LLC (I have an LLC with 10 properties but not much equity built up)?

or am I stuck investing in properties that cost $250K or less using the 401K?

Thanks in advance!
