I would recommend you do the following: First, concentrate on finding an investing style that best fits your objectives and resources.

Answering the phone at 2am dealing with a tenants only teaches them that they can do it again and you will play psychologist while they’re drunk.

Generally speaking, the poorest people rely strictly on one source of income and with that income focus on providing their families with a comfortable life style (boats, new cars, yearly vacations, designer clothes, etc.)

School teaches you how to think and approach problems.

Those are the firms you want to be a part of, rather than competing against as they likely have the most to teach you.

Parmer, you can take on the tasks you feel comfortable with,  youtube and DYI shows will teach you  some things, I use them quite often. 

I can't stress this enough, their management style needs to mesh with YOUR personality.

I can't seem to find an investor or flipper who wants to teach me.

They put up the cash, I teach them how to Airbnb and make money in that world (which they know very little about).
