This is far faster and cheaper solution to get possession and begin marketing for another tenant.Ok, you will loose rent on the existing lease - - call it a Bad Debt to reduce your profits/taxes, but get possession ASAP.

However, I logged in today to put together a credit/background check for a group of 3 prospective tenants applying for an apartment together and now the $10 off coupon no longer works for each applicant and is only good for each application ($10 off instead of $30).I called customer service which was completely useless and determined that the best quick solution was to submit each applicant separately which is a bit tedious.

Lead propeller is a good squeeze page, but if you're looking for a great all in one solution (Content for blogs, multiple websites and templates ( for your company, seller, buyer, rent to own, and notes) with short term and long term for leads in mind my money is on Carrot.

Just remember, it would have been very easy for them to say, "OK", renew the lease, renew it again when it comes up in the spring/summer, and then just bail on you next October.By trying to work a solution a year in advance, they are, if not doing you a favor exactly, doing better by you than they could have.

So I've looked at the previous threads on interior paint and I am trying to figure out what level sheen would be the best solution for walls (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom).I believe that flat paint for walls is the cheapest option because it is easy to touch up will in the end produce less labor costs when paying painters etc.

If I were in your shoes I'd call my tenant and reach an acceptable solution, saying you don't want to lose them but that things have gone up and you're losing money.....negotiate!

Or I suppose you could buy one of those fake CCTV cameras and put it up in the laundry room for $39 to appear like the room is being monitored...would feel pretty "watched" cheating the laundry.
