It’s definitely a pain but it’s necessary to get the “deals” off of the service.

It became painfully obvious that the family member was out of control and she was eventually made to go to rehab.

Being empathetic is a gift, and while it can be painful at times, it is a super power and as such can help make you stronger and better as a person.

MF also lowers management expense a tad, taxes are less of a pain... on and on...

I'm an active investor and feel your pain when trying out a new company - I like companies who I know I can count on ... even if it costs me a few more bucks per year!

I will keep a sharp ear/eye for lenders who display these characteristics. 

Don't get me wrong, it does not mean its a walk in the park, buy the wrong property in the wrong location and you will feel the pain.
