If I met you at a meetup and you had this point of view, I probably wouldn't trust you with my money since you would be way too biased.Thanks Matthew,I’m not worried about what others think or say.My reputation and track record speaks for themselves.My company and myself have made a lot of investors “a lot of money” over the last 5 years.Someone that’s a keyboard cowboy and judges another individuals opinion based of a blog or a thread like this is someone that I wouldn’t want to work with anyway.There are other ways of venting like going to boxing classes hahaAs I mentioned above, if my content changes just one persons perspective and helps them achieve more then I’ll be satisfied with the other 99% of criticism.Thanks and much success

When I first started buying turnkeys you might be able to get 1K off or so but its like bargaining for a Bently... you can but its a little embarrassing and you get a bad reputation of that GUY!

@Chloe Philipp I'd start with those word of mouth referrals if you only want to serve good contractors, while it may sound counter-intuitive making this business more exclusive may actually be beneficial in the long run as you'll get a better reputation.

Other than that I was able to learn a lot of lessons about trusting people and rebuilding a reputation with my buyers, the biggest lesson was that all good things take time.
