Howdy All,

I wanted to share a real estate milestone with you all as y'all are my main resource of knowledge and answers. This year my company, Reunion Investments was able to wholesale, rehab, and rent 65 homes this year! I worked so hard to make this happen and relied on many of you BP members for support in tough times during my rehab crisis (contractor that I referred took $50K from investors) and it was/is a nightmare problem. Other than that I was able to learn a lot of lessons about trusting people and rebuilding a reputation with my buyers, the biggest lesson was that all good things take time. A note to new folks would be that with every mistake you make on your rehab you are not getting that money back, so make sure you get a bigger budget on your first try and study as much as possible about price to value ratio. I have 5 more homes to finish before the end of the year, but I would still love to connect with more of you out there and discuss current and past projects.

Appreciate all of you,

Solomon Floyd.
