These will include Realtor sales as well as FSBO sales, which sometimes are not on the commercial sites or weeded off sometimes for low prices that they feel are not valid sales.But to echo the other answers that you received here on BP, if there are no sales, that is a cautionary flag that maybe this in not the area to invest.

A little more complicated but if you have units near your bank, and you have tenants that do NOT have checking accounts, this is MUCH easier than them going to the bank ANYWAY and getting MO, mailing, etc.I have 48 tenants and I only receive 3 checks per month, all the rest are epay or walk in to my bank.
