Hello everyone. My name is Ian Moore and I reside in Pittsburgh, PA. I have been contemplating real estate investing for years and I know it is now time to move forward. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. I know that everyone on Bigger Pockets got their start somewhere so I will be leaning on you all a lot.

I want to begin with wholesale investing for now. I will be pursuing my licence over the next few months while trying to grow my business. I currently work in educational sales so I have thought about becoming an agent as a way to learn more about the business.
